2003 F-250 5.4l fuel system help

Hi guy I do apologize if this question has been beaten to death I just couldn't find the answers.
My truck stopped running while at home depot getting there no problem power everything seem fine, normal.
Now it starts for 3,5 seconds and dies. 3 months I dropped the tank to replace the straps after that was done it wouldnt run, checked clean connectors tested and found the fuel pump wasn't running replaced it and the 2 filters on the pump itself plus fuel filter I was good to go now this...
I can hear the pump start when I turn the key, read psi at the fue raill it's only at 10psi it's a Bosch pump. Is there anything in the assembly that would cause this low psi or the pump to fail already?????

Thank you guys for any help or direction.im lost here.

It's either the pump, a plugged filter, or a faulty fuel pressure regulator.

Thanks glc
Just had the filter off its new I can easily blow air Thu it also the fuel pressure regulator is new, new as in 3 months old...I took another reading there at the filter and it's still at 10 to 12 psi.. so it looks like its the pump again ,I thought going with a name brand (Bosch)would work out.... I still wonder if it has anything to do with the assembly itself , like check valves or something to that nature??? 2003 f 250 185k on it.

Thanks again....
