what kinda mods are done on a 6.0l motor to get a major exhaust flow coming out pipe like hearing a hair dryer blowing out, and a major whistle on acc. and a heck of a sound when flooring it and un godly fast truck. saw it on cruzing the coast,

A lot of money to start with.

They might've put aftermarket turbos, straight pipe exhaust, injectors, and a tuner.. and the list can keep growing.

 

Striaght Exhaust will do it. Mine sounded like a jet when on high-idle and I had a muffled MBRP Stainless exhaust.
