2010 F-250 V10 Nosie ?

I tried searching around for valve train noise on my V-10 and didn't find anything. My 2010 3V V-10 is making noise on the passenger side. Is this the camshaft phaser ? Are the 3V V-10 VCT ? Would I repair this the same way as a 3V 4.6 and 5.4 camshaft phaser ? The truck is a 2010 F250 with only 40k miles.

Side what are good mods for a V-10? I would like a new exhaust system and maybe a Y-Pipe.

Thanks for the help.

No, the V-10 does not have VCT.

Didn't need it because emissions regulations for 3/4 ton and up were less restrictive, and also 3/4 ton and up didn't have to have gas mileage ratings.

I bet the phaser springs, solenoid and oil pressure wouldnt be strong enough with extra long camshafts too

I found the noise. A lash adjuster went bad causing a rocker to fail and trash my camshaft. I'll be replacing the passenger camshaft, all the lash adjusters, and the fail rocker arms. I would post a picture but I don't remember how to do it any more. Is there anything I should about the replacing the camshaft? I'm going to buy the OTC timing chain wedge.
