6.7 diesel issues?
Have seen a few 6.7s with fuel issues. Ford provides us a job aid that shows what is warrantable and what is not. High pressure fuel components that show signs of rust make the repair non warrantable.
How is it the owner's fault if fuel has water in it? I'd be pushing for a bad/inadequate separator/filter design........and a WIF light that doesn't come on till it's too late.
Now, if you don't SERVICE the separator/filter as per the maintenance schedule, I can see a claim denial.

I love my 6.0...but it's the last diesel I'll ever own. Ford won't man up to their warranties on easy stuff like paint and electrical components. The 6.7 PSD is a beast when it runs properly. Heaven forbid you have any issues though
