David..just looking or did u buy? Did u get Oasis report? Whats covered under ESP plan? Parts like..egr/oil cooler. turbo, f.i., hpop, h.g. etc. $$$ if u have to pay. Meantime...
Coolant res. is the degas tank. Alittle blow off? Do u see white residue around tank, underside of hood etc? Tank shouldn't be full, but down around min. mark or sticker on tank? I dont look in here to often, so look for updates. just thoughts Im passing on. Good luck!

Well I got the oasis report no warranty work except when first bought in 05 for 4x4 nothing replaced just something adjusted and in 09 the whole egr system including cooler and oil cooler were replaced, so i bought it with a 2yr/24,000mi ford esp covers all pwertrain and electrical so i am in good shape there. any other suggestions?
Thanks

Don't idle the truck for long periods of time, drive it like you stole it, and do not run the fuel tank to below 1/4 tank. If you are not in an emission's tested area ditch the EGR system, put a turbo back exhaust on it and call it a day. If you are going to tune the truck or tow with it put a set of gauges in it (Pyrometer, Boost, Trans Temp).

They are'nt to bad to do I think I had two to three hours into the install. The biggest thing was getting the down pipe right so it did not hit one of the bolts on the frame and the cab. You can delete the muffler and cat with delete pipes from MBRP and put them back on when you have to get emissions tested......
