7.3 vacume pump always on

I isolated(capped off) the front hub vacume line close to the pump (warn manual lockouts are installed) and the pump is continuously running still. From what I've read, it only operates the front hubs and heater/AC doors. Any thoughts where to look for a leak?

Check the vacuum reservoir. Check the lines from the reservoir to wherever you blocked it off. I actually skipped my reservoir and plugged the line from the HVAC directly into the vacuum pump.
