If you delete the dpf you'll see a mileage improvement. As stated previously the valance is functional.. Just respray it with some semi gloss black paint and it will look better..

i can say that i'm not really a fan of either valance.. powers do you still have your factory one? you should try cutting it down to a mid range that's not as short but still retains a bit of it's original function.. then you can sell it to highon22s

I may eventually try finding one that someone removed and see what it would look like if I cut about 2" off. I've been really busy lately so no time to really mess with it.

I'm hoping to have my building finished with in the next 1 1/2 to 2 months so hopefully I'll get some spare time.

As for as a DPF delete it's in the trucks future, but I'm not looking to void my warranty yet so it'll have to wait. The truck will make a year next week and I have 6500 miles on it. Looks like I have a ways to go before warranty's up. lol

For anyone interested:
I may have another vehicle to mod with in the next month or 2. My gf is looking to get a new car and it looks like it'll be a Mustang. The dealer has been looking for a 2012 Black GT Premium (Automatic) for the past week, but its looking like we'll have to order it. Should know more in a couple of days.

Sweet car Powers.

The dealer was able to find one in TX so we got it in Wednesday. Will be ordering lowering springs and axleback exhaust. Anyone recommend and specific manufactures? As of now I'm going with Ford Racing springs and magnaflow exhaust. Don't want anything too loud, just louder than stock.

MBRP makes a good exhaust system.

Borla (FRPP) Stingers are just too dang loud, and they drone. I had them on my 2009 Bullitt that I traded to buy the F-250

FRPP springs all the way for suspension. the K springs do a 1.5" drop and ride very nice. Make sure to get new lower control arms and an adjustable panhard bar. If you shop around, you can get them all for about $500 brand new and have a killer suspension

If it's too loud, you're too old

Saw that on a Tundra a few weeks ago

We test drove a 2011 that was on the used lot that had an x-pipe and not sure what exhaust, but she thought it was to loud. lol I loved how it sound though.

The Magnaflow Street exhaust is $647, Borla ATAK $849, and Bassani Street $549. I was told that Borla sounds goo, but it's not that much of a better sound for the price. I'm going to do a few searches on youtube to see how they all compare.

Sound is all personal preference as you know, just like girls. I make up my own mind on that From my listenings and this is just me, the Borla has a nice thumping at idle on the 4v's that always gives me the chills. Sounds amazing imo
