What else to replace when doing U-joints?

I've got to replace the front U-joints on my 4x4 F250 so are there any other things I should replace while getting my hands dirty?

If you are replacing the joints on the front axle replace the ball joints as long as you have it apart.

I'd replace the needle bearings in the hub bearing assembly, and possibly your ball joints if they haven't been done yet while you're in there.

What about the axle shaft bearings (aka axle shaft guides)?

Also, the inside of the housing is dirty, what else do I need to be worried about?
