If the diesel is scaring you a bit, you could always look for a V-10 gasser.

Just had them send me the VIN. Everything checks out ok.
Its an almost fully loaded, Lariat. Just no Nav or Sirius. But I plan on puting in my own.
How can I tell what Job# it is? I noticed that most of the options It has werent available until the job #3 production.

Also, what do you think about the price?
Its a 2008 Ford F-350 SuperDuty 6.4 diesel, Lariat, 4x4, CC, SRW, Leather, moonroof, rear sensors, power mirrors, seats, etc. 36,046 miles
Asking price is $36,900
Going to look at it tomorrow, possibly buy it.

KBB retail on that truck is probably around $40k. KBB trade-in value is probably around $32k. Anywhere in between is going to be fine. The closer you get to the $32k mark the better. That truck probably had an MSRP of between $50k-$55k, so I would say that if you're happy with the price, then go for it. It's going to be more truck than you expect. Also, don't listen to what people say too much about prices. Let your common sense be your guide. Women lie about their age, men lie about what they paid for their vehicle.

Side by side, my '09 F150 FX4 is maybe a couple inches shorter than out '09 F350 4x4.

Actually, I was pleased to find that KBB came out at $42,615-Retail in EC.
So, paying $36k, I thought, was pretty reasonable.
Now the demodding on the F150 starts.....

I'll definitely be ok with the length, its the height I'm a little worried about. Lol. I have a standard 2.5 car garage.

I can just barely get my truck in a 7ft door and I dont think I have more than a 1/2in between the roof and the bottom of the door. I have 18in wheels and 285/65 R18 tires on my truck.

Mine is a Super Cab, short bed, and mine just barely fits in my garage.

These new diesels are mighty expensive.

Not like the olden days when it was super cheap to run a diesel.

Thanks for the compliments guys! I got it to fit in the garage today! Cleared the roof by about 2-3". And thats with 20's! Absolutely made my day when I cleared the roof.
As for mods, I plan on sending in my Gryphon back to Paul at PHP to make it work for the diesel-used from my 05 f150 5.4. Im curious to know what kind of power gains ill see with just the canned tunes.
