Question New 2000 f250 v10?

I just bought a 2000 f250 crew with a v10 with 150,000 for $1,500.
It had a light roll and the owner had it at a body shop for over a year and they
never did anything with it and he got fed up with them and just got rid of it.
I will be replacing the cab and doors, the box and front clip are fine. The top is
all that was damaged. I was wondering two thing, what would be the average
price for the cab and the most important is starting the truck? What would you do before starting this up because it has not been started for over a year? Is there anything that i could spray in the cylinders that would help, what gaskets should be replaced, anything to look with the transmission or the brakes? Anything will help.

Thanks

Pull the plugs, turn the engine over. that way it won't hydrolock if a cylinder filled with oil. Probably a good time to change the plugs too, since they probably have never been done. Change the oil/filter too before firing it up. Check the air intake for any oil you can wipe up.
