Need Opinion with Leveling kit.

I am thinking about getting the Tuff Country leveling kit. I am not sure how good the product is.

http://www.suspensionconnection.com/...on/229593.html

Here is the product and you can get shocks with it, you can get nitro filled for 160 or Hydro shocks for 150.

Any thoughts or opinions would be great.

You do realize that he has leaf springs on the front of his truck and not coils like the F150?

Those will work. You could also use Firestone Ride Rite air bags to do the same thing. I have the same dilemma as you but I think I am going to lower the back of mine and add the Ride Rites to keep the tail level when I am hooked to our 5er.

It looks like a pretty good quality product that gives you everything to do the job but there may be better options out there to get the job done. Not being able to fit in a garage would my concern as well because my truck at stock ride height will not fit into my garage with a 7ft door.

I will have to go measure the garage and see how much room I have to play with and see if I can maybe go for a 2-3 inch lift.

My truck has one leaf added up front and two added in the rear with 285/75/16 tires. I clear standard garage doors by about 1"-1.5".

Wait until you put the new wheels and tires on your truck Zach I will bet you that it will not fit in the garage after you do. I have 18in wheels and 33's on my truck and it wont fit.

I don't have the cab lights, so that gives me a bit of extra room. That might be the deciding factor if I get them or not...

I just got a quote on getting all of the body work done, and having the under body sprayed with ryno lining as well as the bed for 1500. To fix the rust on the doors as well as the bed.

That sounds really cheap. I'd be concerned as to the quality of their work...
