i would take ur advice but i dont have the stock one. and i would spend some money on it but i wont be spending money for a while, i used up all my spending points my wife has.

If you don't take that K&N off, you'll get to spend even MORE money on a new turbo. Seriously. Get rid of it. I'm sure you could modify that intake to work with a Donaldson 6637 filter. They're about $25-30, and work GREAT.

Cheapest place to get it is from Fleet filter dot com.

You might need a piece of 4" exhaust to make it all work, I'm not sure how the K&N system is set up.

I only use stock Ford filters...I think there is a Donaldson equivalent though.

thanks for the link...do they need to be in a housing or no?

looks sweet but the ad says the engine is still under factory warranty, i thought chips/programmers voided the warrenty.

If you're dumb and leave it chipped when you take it into the dealer... yes, yes it will.

haha well yeah but most every thread i've seen about programmers and warranties said that a code is left by the programmer that dealers can see when you set it back to stock.
