How would I enable or disable hubs with electronic ativation differential? Can hubs be unlocked manually as well as auto?

By talking about the auto/manual hubs I assume that you're talking about a 99+ Superduty. If so there are only 2 positions, auto and locked. You can't manually unlock the hubs like the older trucks could. The auto position acts just like an auto hub, but if it fails you have the option to manually lock it in. If you really want to unlock it you can put in a set of manual hubs from any truck with a D50 or D60 axle. I did this on my truck and I now have true locked and unlocked positions. There is no auto position anymore.
