Question DIESEL

HAVING PROBLEM WITH HEAVY ACCLERATION. GETTING LOUD AIR INTAKE NOISE FROM TURBO CHARGER, NOTICED DECREASE IN HORSEPOWER. ALL HOSES ARE TIGHT. WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP OR IDEAS.

I had this problem on a 94 PSD. It was a cracked hose. Lloyd

is the noise a constant one or a chirping type sound??
