HAVING PROBLEM WITH HEAVY ACCLERATION. GETTING LOUD AIR INTAKE NOISE FROM TURBO CHARGER, NOTICED DECREASE IN HORSEPOWER. ALL HOSES ARE TIGHT. WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP OR IDEAS.
