OK, since I swapped the stock tires out for some 35s the Low Tire Pressure warning has come up on the dash. At what pressure does it does the light go off?

 

Do you have the TPMS (Sensor) installed on your new wheels? If not then the light is going to stay on

 

On my 2008 F-350 Crew Cab, I've tried everything and the TPMS stops alarming at 60psi. My F-350 has the heavy duty package, so my rears are charted for 80psi and 65psi for the front. I run 60psi in all four with no problem. 59 and it alarms.

Wait a minute. It's not a standard thing like on the F150? Can the dealer just turn it off?

 

All 2007 and newer F-150 pickups have tpms.I don't think it can be turned off.

 

The 2008 Super Duty does not have TPMS...as long as it's a Job 1. It also doesn't have that longer front airdam.

 

all for 'improved' MPG!...kinda dumb IMHO, like the addition of the 3:55 gearing.

The trucks are made for capability, not MPG

You want better MPG? keep your foot a wee bit more conservative!
