i wanna see some pictures of some stock height f-250's with 18" wheels and slightly bigger / wider tires, surely somebody on here has done this to their truck. I've got a 2005 f-250 King Ranch that came with 18's and I need new tires and want to go a little wider but dont want to lift it up, come on guys, somebody help a guy out.

No pics yet as I haven't the tires, BUT I am going with 305/70/18's (35" tall with near same width) when it's time -

thanks, the tire chart is a big help. do you know if the 35's will fit without having to lift it or trim anything? those 20's look really good but thats the thing/ not knowing the difference of height when you go to a bigger wheel, so the chart will tell me that now. if somebody has already put 305-70-18's on a stock 250 please post pics, thanks guys , now i'm gettin somewhere!

i had aftermarket wheels and 315-70-17s on my 03' f-250 without a lift. they did not rub, it was close though. my 05' f-350 was stock height and no rubbing.

I do know for a fact that the 305/70/18's that I am dreaming of will fit a factory 05~07 w/o problem...a guy I meet at the sand dunes last year had 'em and they looked great. He told me it was 'night and day' as far as off roading. He said they seemed to give a better 'ride' on the hwy and that tire noise was minimal. So.....someday....I'll give a report if my 'dream' comes true.

This is my '04. It's actually 17" wheels though. If I had it to do over I probably would've gone with 18's. Stock height with the 2" blocks removed from the rear. Tires come out almost perfectly even with the top of the fenders, which I like a lot:

hey thanks guys, good lookin trucks! Ithink I've decided to just go back with the stock size (275/70-18) but go with the Mickey Thompson ,Ilike the tread design on the Baja ATZ, I am towing with my truck about 90% of the time, so I dont want to fool with lifting it at all. It's an 05 king ranch so I wanted to keep the wheels on it, so I will just have to be content with the stock height, witch will be fine as long as I have some good tread because I do use the 4 wheel drive (mostly huntin) . I also pull my race car alot during the summer, so lifting it isn't what I need to do. thanks again for your response!

M/T ATZ 305/65/17 Diamo 17K EGR fender flares. Not the greatest picture but, it's late Feb and the latest big snowstorm just missed us and I've been waiting two months to put these on. Put them on today. And, no TPMS light either, to my suprise. In retrospect though, I would have went with a larger diameter. But, they still look great. Even though these tires are a much wider footprint than the stock 245's, I am looking forward to one last snow storm to try them out. Just wish I had posi. The limited slip from Ford sucks. Anyone with an inexpensive way of transforming this into posi, please post me. From Ford it's like two grand! I hate locking 4wheel - it significantly limits turn raduis when plowing.
