Well...had to let the F250 go in order to keep some investments going. Sold it on ebay and bought a used F150 XLT that I am now modding. Anyway, thought I share some parting shots:

I'm sure that was painful, but hopefully the investments will pan out, and you can get another one.

Is that pic of the tunnel @ 11 mi. canyon in CO? Looks like it.

Also interested in the $, since I'm shopping on ebay for a F250.

Thanks guys. Yeah, the investments are more important right now and I'll just have to buy another one when I'm ready, but this was my favorite truck by far.

I sold it $41,000 which basically covered 95% of my cost in the original purchase and mods I had.

But at least I am having fun modding my current project and hope to post pics in another week or so.

You'll get it back - or even a better one!

I was thinking the same thing. I remember just a few weeks ago your truck was in the show us your 250 thread (or something like that) and I thought it was hot. Does the person you sold it to live in your city?

Thanks. Yeah, the financial market situation taking its toll, but trying to maintain a bunch of properties I still have. Anyway, sold it through ebay to a professional hockey player from Phoenix. He recently wrote me to state that he is really enjoying the truck, so that was cool to hear.

cool, sounds like you sold it at a good price for you without loosing out too much on it, can't do that with vehicles very often any more.

Best of luck with the investments, I hope they bring big rewards!

Man that sucks that you had to get rid of the F250 that was the best looking Super Duty on the site. It sounds likes you are going to have a F150 that is going to look as nice or nicer than the truck that you just got rid of. Happy modding on the new truck and looking forward to seeing the new rig.

That sucks that you had to sell it. It was one of my favorites, and one of the ONLY rigs with black rims that I liked.

Thanks again everyone. At least I sold it to someone who was really excited about having it. I had it for just under a year, so didn't even get it's first oil change since it only had 5600 miles on it.

The 08 F150 I just purchased was used with 19,000 miles and bone stock. But not for long as it gets tinted tomorrow, and then on Friday I am getting a leveling system, 18x9 KMC XD Diesls with 305/65R18 BFG ATs, Edge Evolution programmer, K&N cold air intake, Flowmaster dual exhaust, Roush chrome grille and 5" chrome oval side steps (to tie in the chrome bumpers). So hope that dressers up the XLT some. I'll keep it long enough until I'm ready for another new F150 or F250 again.
