Looks like a stock bumper with that extender that Warn makes that allows you to mount a winch inside the stock bumper.

It is the stock bumper with a 15,000lbs Warn behind it. The mount pushes the bumper out 5" so you have to buy the skirting kit with it or it will look like an old duece and a half. The trucks has the Sport package so everything is blue so the black skirting blends in. The factory fog/drive lights had to be replaced due to the brackets not fitting with the mount. Took about three hrs to install in the driveway.

thanks! they are very hard to find....it took me several months to find this one, but i actually found it less than an hour away in the auto trader
the last reg cab i had (97 F-350 4x4) i sent my dad out to cali to drive it back. there were NONE in the southeast...
