Question 2008 F250 4x4 Tire Size question....

Hey, Its prolly been beat to death but........

I would like to know what size tires I can put on my 08 4x4 f250...

It has 275/70/18's on it now... (33.15x10.82x18) or (33.35x11x18) depending on tire manufacturer....

I was looking at LT325/65R18 (34.75x13.5x18) and 35X12.50R18LT (34.76x12.5x18)... anyone know if these will fit??

I am looking to buy some good offroad tires for the mud... I am going to be hauling wood out this spring/summer and the stock continental contitracs just wont cut it...lol

I can get the cooper STT tires pretty cheap, for like under $200 each so I might do that.

Thanks,

Roger

I am going to put either Toyo Open Country 285.75.18 (35" tall) or **** Cepek F/C II 305.70.18 (35"). These will be taller and just a tad wider than stock. Perfect for what I am looking for.

Yes....A truck near near here runs the Toyo's like the ones I'm considering on his '05. He says 'no prob'. Also Dirk Upson has some 315/70/17's (I think) on his and reports no problems.

even with aftermarket wheels my 315-70-17s have plenty of room.

If I remember correctly, they are 18x8.

Any luck with the tires? I just picked up an 08 F250 with the offroad package and want to go bigger. Just not sure what wheels will fit, backspacing? Size of rim? and what tires. 35X12.5 is what I was looking at too.
