Got my Bilsteins on this weekend
Took the stock "Rancho" off and got the new baby blues on.
Ride is smoother and more compliant. Cannot wait to try it out with the 5er.
When we took off the stock OEM stocks, they took almost no effort to depress them and the fronts wouldn't come out on their own.
Kind of hard to get used to not seeing red in the wheel well now.

I'll grab some photos on Monday
Thanks, I have 40K on my 06.
I also swear that the rear end of the truck went up a 1/4 of an inch after I installed the new shocks.
I know this b.c I have Timbrens installed and now they are well above the bump stops.

i took my so called ranchos off at 9000 miles, the truck rides a lot better with aftermarket shocks.

Sounds great! I may rethink my Rancho upgrade. As Powerstroke73 told me earlier the Bilsteins seem the way to go. I've been studying other forums and I have not heard of one complaint with the 'blues'...
