Exhaust Brake Question

I was looking at putting a Pac Brake exhaust brake on my 2000 F-250 PSD but I'm not sure what else I'll be spending money on because it says "1999 - 2003 1/2 Standard And Automatic Transmissions - Automatic Transmissions Require A Torque Converter Lockup" Now I recently replaced my tranny with a new factory ford and I'm curious as to what hell do I now have to do to the tranny. I'm probly just looking to much into this but if anyone could simply explain it I'd appreachate it.

You have to add a switch that will make sure your torque converter is locked up. You do realize that you can do a few things to your truck, add a few wires and a switch, and turn your EBPV into an exhaust brake for like less $50 right?
