4x4 not working properly
hey guys just got my 05 f 350 it has the 4x4 selector switch on the dash .i put it in 4 high i heard the hubs lock but no 4x4 if i turn the hubs to lock its works what gives. isn,t it suppose to work whith the hubs in auto as well or am i doing something wrong help please

The vacuum in the hubs is probaby bad. When the hubs are in auto they lock by the vacuum engaging them. When in lock mode they are always locked so the vacuum is not needed. Check the lines to the hubs, your problemmay be there.
