You must buy the parts separately, there is no "kit" like what you want. Be ready to spend $1000 for the conversion.

The 08 mirrors can be had from the dealer without the power extend/fold for about $400-600, the power extend/fold option takes them to around $1000 for the pair. You will also have to do some custom wiring to make them work as the plug is completely different than the older style. Dfuser has an adapter harness they will sell you. So far nobody has come forward with a wiring schematic of them I've seen.

You're not talking cheap mods.

If you park your truck in a garage like I do, you may want to consider the power folding mirrors. Those things are HUGE and you won't be able to get it into the garage without folding them. Having to get out and fold them would really suck!

From what i understand the bumpers are shaped different on top so it will not drop in it will have to be altered..They sell already altered ones on ebay if you just want to change the grill...i think it might look strange though the bumpers are quite different in shape..

Actually the new grill will work with the old bumper, but it requiers a steady hand. My budy cut the bottom of his new gril all the way across and bolted it right up. You couldn't even tell it was cut.

So is the bottom the only thing holding it up then? How did it turn out?

Here is a picture of a buddy's truck that we did the 05-07 front end upgrade. He bought the grille and header panel from the dealer to make sure it was the right one, and the right grille style that he wanted. He just bought the emblems but it is too cold here to put them on. In the end it came to be 997 dollars for the upgrade. The signal mirrors are next on the list
What do you guys think?
It is a 1999 F250 Lariat (dark green with tan)
