Fuel system question

Hey guys any of you have trouble with your fuel delivery system.

My truck back in the spring had a cracked injector cup.

Now it sounds like is missing a cylinder. My two thoughts are

1) an injector is not performing
2) possibly the injector pump.

Any ideas, my local dealership says it's running fine, I think it sound horrible out the exhaust,

Not like it should sound with 4" duals

Did they check the other cups for cracks? Did they do any cylinder contribution tests? I'm curious if it sounds like someone taking a ball pein hammer and tapping on the exhaust manifold. If so then you have cackle and its related to air in the fuel system. Ford has had problems with that since day one on the PSD. There are several fixes out there for it.

They did check the other cups, None were found with cracks.

It doesn't sound like a hammer on the exhaust, its more like a miss, like is not feeding a cylinder properly.

slightly rough idle, Loss of power although its cold weather. Turbo was tested and has no loss of boost.

The exhaust note sounds like s--t. Its is definitly not running like it used to

Only 114000 Km's on it.

How the problem was found with the injector cup, I had diesel coming out of the water overflow. Everything was flushed.

I guess better that way than antifreeze in the diesel.

Got me baffled
