what is the width of the 07-08 superduty (f250) 18" rims? Is it the same as the f-150's?

2007 and 2008 are entirely different rims. I believe they are 7" wide. Yes, the same as an F-150 but there is no way that you could make them fit on an F-150.

Very true..

Seein' that the F150 wheels are a 6 bolt pattern and the Super Duties start with a 8 bolt+ wheels- it's a no go!

Anyway that's probably not the issue - For info purposes: my stock wheels for my Lariat (06) are 18X8
