tire size

will 315/70/17 fit on a stock 99 f250? I have aftermarket rims that are 8 inches wide.

Depending on the offset of the aftermarket wheels - otherwise - YES - they will work

they have a 5mm offset

they should. my dad has an 03' f-250 with 315-70-17s on 17x9 wheels without any rubbing.
