1999 f250 6 in. fab tech 38-15.50 m/t was wondering if any one could give me some help. when i hit a bump in my truck the front in makes a loud popping noise,or when i pull out and the front end "hops" a little,bad use of the clutch,some one told me it was the shocks i was wondering if it may be something worse?

Also, the steering is some what hard to turn it isn't making a whining noise, this person told me it may be the steering pump, it has fabtech daul steering stabilizers on it, I thought that it may just be bad

the lift as installede about 2002 thats what makes me wonder if the parts are just old
