Having a rough idle in a 7.3 Power stroke. Fuel was bad so I stripped the tank, cleaned the fuel bowl (had brown sludge accumulated in the bottom of the fuel bowl), replaced fuel filter. Engine runs fine except at idle. Starts fine when engine is cold, but hard to start when engine is at temperature. I doubt it’s a bad injector since I don’t have black smoke from tail pipe and no loss of power on the highway. Idle speed is hunting from 500 rpm to 700 rpm. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
