4.30 gears getting 15-16mpg on the road and 12-13 towing my 28ft Enclosed!

Any others having issues and concerns?

 

That sounds good, I have just become a new member and 1st time diesel truck owner. I hope mine does as well as yours.

with 4.30 gears that sounds like amazing mileage, almost unbeleivable

Thats what I am averaging with 3.73's (but with a lift and some heavy a$$ Toyo's)

How many miles on it, did it get better with break-in?

 

Great milage. That just about how I run with my '06 F350 with the Tow Boss (4.30 gears). The milage stays pretty consistant for me up to about 65MPH which is around 2100RPM - anything after that is all downhill. Since the tires on my fiver are ST (Speed Rated at 65MPH), I usually keep it around 60 when the trailer is following me.

Congratulations on your truck - I'm jealous, but I gotta wait till I have a few thousand more miles before the wife will even consider letting me upgrade.
