how is the power on it, can you feel it when you stomp the gas errr...diesel
Every bit as fast and strong as my 2003 7.3 - I was told by the dealer's service manager that the turbo chargers were "chipped" to operate only at 75% untill it hits 3000 miles and then, according to him, "it will blow my mind". Has anyone else heard of this?

are you going to do any mods??
So far the only things I've done is spray in bedliner, Delta Pro low profile toolbox (also sprayed with bedliner) and window tint. Right now I really like the look of it so I won't be doing any exterior mods in the immediate future!

I was thinking the same thing! My 2008 FX4 simply doesn't look as nice when it's sitting next to a 2008 King Ranch.

Weird indeed - not sure what Ford was thinking - I live in constant fear of that fuse blowing while driving on a curvy road!

Actually the wire to my TomTom has since been re-routed and hidden!

Good, I would not want a power cord going over the steering wheel and tangling, then causing a wreck.

Nice truck, I noticed that the top of your grille doesen't say "SUPER DUTY" on it. How do I get that option?

Wow, how come I didn't see that in the other pictures. I don't really like that. I thought that it was bad enough that they had to let you know that it was a SUPER DUTY on the windshield in past years-now the grille???

And don't feel bad about your truck. FX4s are equally as nice-especially when you currently have no truck .

yep, its pretty weak, I dont know wft Ford was thinking with this one... the inside is vastly improved, but it looks like they let some reject from design school do the exterior, I thought it was a joke the first time I saw the pictures

Thanks! I just got back from a little 500 mile road trip today and have 900 miles on the truck after 9 days of ownership. The fuel mileage seems to be getting better all the time, although using the AC does reduce fuel mileage by over 1 MPG. I got about 16 MPG on the trip and diesel prices ranged from $2.54 to $2.75 a gallon. All in all, I am pleased with the performance and fuel mileage of the 6.4L engine.

Outside of White your combo is the nicest out there. Love that look on your truck
