i have a 2005 f-250 super duty and i had a problem with the trans yesterday the problem is the message center said to check trans temp and the needle was pegged out on the cold side and the tow/haul light was flashing also when you put the trans in gear and hit the gas petal it would not do anything (truck would not go or engine would not race up) then after holding the petal down for about 5 sec's it would finally work. anyone have any ideas or suggestion on this problem?

 

TCM more than likely. Sounds like you are going to have to make a trip to the dealer.

 

That can't be good. Sorry, don't have much troubleshooting experience with the 5R110.

got the trans fixed and it was just the trans temp sensor.
