2008 Super Duty HD

I noticed that there is no Harley-Davidson option for the '08 Super Duty on the build and price website.

Was 2007 the end of the HD Super Duties?

It wasn't a big seller for the SD series, for one. And secondly, they usually start with only normal trim levels on launch years and add special editions in the years after.

They *may* just want it to be exclusively F150 for now too.

No. Ford will release the HD edition in '09. It will be offered on the F250-F450 Crew Cabs. With your choice of 2 or 4 wheel drive.

They are supposed to be part of Job 2 for the 08's, expected to start later this year...there are several dealers that already have them on order.

what are you basing this assumption on? the dealers I talked to when I bought mine couldn't keep them in stock, I counted 12 fresh off the truck 07's at one dealer here in town, they had only a couple left a week or so later
