Anybody find a use for the factory hook on the center lower side of the dash? Is their any useful aftermaket changes that can be done with this. After two years I still don't have a use for it.

Yup, according to the sales guide.

I've never found a small enough bag to hang from it and not hit the floor, so just hang an air freshener on it.

Tell you wife she can hang her purse strap from it... will keep it from flying around on the floorboard.

 

I use it for a trash bag, use the little doggy bags, the bags are black too so they match the interior

 

When I go to Taco Bell or other fast food joints, rather than sit a big greasy bag on the Castano leather I just hook the bag on the bag hook. Holds the bag in place incase I decide to cut a few donuts on the way home.

I say what hook? I never sit over there and I pitty the fool the makes me sit on that side of the truck. Pry the keys out of my cold dead hand.

Apparently you never went to the grocery store. Those things work great for the plastic bags they use.
