Can you get the xlt w/out carpet?

 

I don't think so, I've only seen it on XL's.

The XLT is not worth the meager up grade you get in luxury, Every option that is in a XLT you can get in a XL, If you don't want carpet, go for a optioned out XL, or get the XLT and go to home depot and buy rubber matting to put over the carpet.

 

Depends on the year and how it was ordered. I've seen Lariats with the vinyl floor before, along with XLTs.

 

The last three F-350 Super Duties that the boss has ordered for the fleet have been Lariats. There was no way we could order them from the factory with the Vinyl floor mat instead of the carpeting. I ended up pulling out the seats in each one and replacing the carpet with XL mats that we ordered through the Parts department. We sold the brandy new carpet to a guy who needed it for some older trucks.

Yup, that's exatly what we used to do when the boss was buying XLT's. Now that he thinks he needs Lariats .. but it keeps me gainfully employed.

 

I disagree. If you like the XL go for it, but the XLT is a much better looking package with the chrome grille and bumpers, jeweled lamps, sound system options, upholstery options, wheel options, blah, blah......
