Question steering stabilizer

Recently purchased an 03 s/d 250 v10 4x4. Truck is very clean and well cared for but has 120 k miles. Truck drives really good and quiet but has a slight wander going down the highway. My wife noticed it and said it was not as positive steering as my old f150. Could this be steering stabilizer or am I on the wrong track. Maybe just needs an allignment. Any ideas? Thanks, Rob

Could be alignment related. Have all the ball joints and tie rod ends checked for wear. After that check your tires. What size are you running, what air pressure. All this makes a big impact on how it goes down the road.
