power windows & locks

how hard would it be to change the manual locks & windows in a 99 f250 xl. is there kits available?

You don't want to go there. I just did it on the "F250 Thunder" (pics at "www.tumbleweedmfg.com" ) We did it all with factory stuff but it means changing all the dash wiring harness, and GEM module plus all the hard parts. But I wouldn't suggest it unless you have a plethora of donor trucks and lotsa time.

wat all did you do to the drivetrain performace wise?

Hit JC Whitney (www.jcwhitney.com) - they have kits for both power door locks and power windows. There is absolutely no reason that you can't go with 3rd party vendors.
