I have a 2006 F- 250 XLT. I wanted to install the wood dash from a lariat. Does anyone know if I could install the automatic climate control unit as well? I have taken the dash of to replace my radio and have seen three are wires that would connect to the automatic climate control dead-ended in the back of the dash. I have not tested them for power or tracked there location in dashboard. A dealer counter person said that the compressor and dryer would have to be changed. They have different part numbers in Fords Parts book. I really do not see why they would be different. In addition, he said I would need more parts then just the control unit to make it work. Thanks in advance
