advice for a friend looking at an f250
so I have a friend looking for a powerstroke and we were looking at one a bit outside of town. It is around 115K miles, I forget the year but it looks like it is only a few years old and the seller wants 17K for it.
Now we popped the hood and saw oil seeping through the intake hose sleaves where they come back together to go into the intake on the engine. I'm wondering if this is common at all or if the turbo may have a blown seal on it.

Need to provide some detail other than just an F250. There's been a lot of them built over the last several years.
On a 6.0 if the recall for the CAC or IC tubes has not been done (change the boots and or the tubes) then you may see some oil residue. There is oil in there but the tubes shouldn't leak but many do. Not a big deal.
