With Ford dropping the F-250 designation from their Light Duty trucks for the 2000 model year, will us poor F-250 Super Duty owners have this thread all to ourselves?

There is no F250online board. And since I don't have the PSD, I usually stay away from the ford-diesel board. Sometimes I just feel like a lost soul... (boo hoo)

But I do enjoy reading about the F150 And, every now and then there is some valuable info that also applies to my V-10 powered Super Duty.

Just hoping for some recognition of these SUPER TRUCKS!!!

Don't feel too bad J-C, theres always going to be a place for SUPERDUTIES! Even if theyre is currently a site for them only! By the was I don't think this post will be killed because the F-250 LD is being replaced with a payload package on the F-150. Weird huh?!

Talk about being an orphan. I'm starting to feel like one. My 97 F-250 Heavy Duty is not called a Super Duty , but it doesn't fit into the Light duty 250's. The body style is the same as the 96's and so I don't fit into the 97 and new catagory ( when I try to stay in there the stuff doesn't really apply ). I don't have a 5.4l or any of the other new triton motors. I have the 7.5l 460 in mine.

Now I am really an orphan. I will start a new topic area and be the only member.

1989 F-150 XLT 4x4 302/aod true duals with turbo mufflers, 30X9.50" wild country tires, 3:55 gears w/LS(want after market LS for front) 3" SuperLift would be nice too!

Future SuperDuty owner: But I have it the sheet filled:

F-350 SuperCab Longbed, 4x4, offroad pkg. Powerstroke(Duh!) Auto, 3:73Ls Oxford White with grey bench and VERY dark tinted windows. Maybe someday I can afford 33x12.50 BFG's Mud Terrain! Whatcha Think?

I now feel so loved. But seriously thanks guys I am posting in all areas , but I think I will concentrate mainly in the Pre-1997 area. Then engines , comments and problems seem more simular to my own.
