ok guys i need some help. been reading alot on this code but no one seems to have an answer as to what it actual means. please help. what does the code really mean. d0262 is the code. its a 2004 6.0 diesel. thanks

 

There's no "D0262.

You probably have a "P0262".
This indicates an electrical concern with the #1 injector.
More than likely, an injector replacement will correct that code.

 

but either way thanks for the response. i'll have them look at it when i get the oil changed.

 

so i did go to get it looked at when i changed the oil. the code was gone. but there were other problems. see my recent post
