I would like to know what is the best kit for the 250 (best ride, ease of install, cost)? I want to go with at least 35/12.50/16's but maybe 36/13/16's. Any opinions on tire size? Last thing What engine and rear end do you have. I'm leaning toward the PSD and 4.30's. Shouldn't even be able to tell I changed tire sizes.

Just installed superlift 4". Rides better than stock. You cant get 4.3 gears with the psd, only on v-10. You can only get 3.73 unless you go dually 350 and get 4.10 if still an option. 4.10 or 3.73 on 5.4.

I am a newbie to the Superdutys, as I am just looking for a used on right now. I do however plan on at least 4" and at least 35's. How much power loss did you see going from the stockers to the 35's? What kind of milage do you get?

Power loss not too bad with the chip installed, overdrive useless on any inclines but power great in 3rd gear at highway rpms, does pull 2600 @65mph, right in the powerband. gas mileage basically unaffected. (I had 35's before without the lift, too).
