Kill switch
I read an article once about hooking up a kill switch using the fuel shut-off thingie that theoretically cuts off fuel flow in the event of a collision. Problem was that it was for a Mustang, so the wire colors were completely different than the Ranger I had at the time, so I knew I would have to reengineer it. As such, I didn't keep the article, and now I would like to do this on my SuperDuty.
Any thoughts, suggestions, wiring colors, ideas??
Thanks!

Not exactly what you're asking for, but an interesting device nonetheless.

IKE,
Nomo gave a great link! I think it is better than the one you were looking for because you don't need to cut any wires!
Good luck and if you try it let us know how it workeds.

What I am looking for is not a device that can be bought, rather if anyone knows which wire(s) can be cut rather simply and easily to connect a switch. I don't know if the fuel cut-off switch would be wired the same as it was in a 92 Ranger or a 93 Explorer. I remember it as being a rather simple task of controling current in one wire to kill the fuel system.
