Does this thing exist? Please help

Ok...I am a car guy and all, but my specialty is Mopars..the reason why I am asking anything here is for family. My cousin is convinced that there was such a thing as a 3/4 ton extended cab Ford with the same body as the '97-'03 F150. As I remember right the 3/4-1 tons were in the '93-'97 body until the Super Duty came out. Is there such a thing or am I right?

Appreciate it!

Yes, it's an F250 Light Duty (or 7700). Visually identifiable by the 7 lug wheels.

From 97-98, they were called F-250 light duty's, and from 99 and up they were called F-150 7700's. You can still get one as an 04-05 model too. They are not a true 3/4 ton truck, more like a 5/8 ton.
