15" RIMS
Has anyone or know someone that put 15" rims on their Superduty????

No, and I'd like to use the word NEVER.
The bolt pattern is strictly 1999 Ford Super Duty. Hub-centric and reproduced by very few wheel manufacturers. I doubt it will EVER be made in a 15" wheel.
Watch the weight ratings on the aftermarket wheels. The stock wheels must hold around 2250# or better.

Do you know what the biggest size wheels that you can put on the stock rims? I have the Larait 16" rims that have LT235/85R16E BSW.

I think you can put on 305/70/16's without any problem
