Question What is the difference???.

I have been looking at 2 almost identical F-250 SD's...One has 4 x 4 on the quarter panel and the other has 4 x 4 Off Road. Is there any difference between these 2 trucks.. The salesman says no, but you know salesmen!

Not really. The offroad package truck has skid plates and most likely a 3.73 gear ratio with a rear LSD. Other than that they're pretty much the same.

One probably has the FX4 package which isn't really much. On thing you can see easiliy is the shocks. One has crappy stock shocks, and one crappy Rancho branded shocks.

Skid plate etc. but gears and diff are only different if the truck was ordered different. The package doesn't have anything to do with anything really important.
