Two irriating "sweaks"

Anyone experience these, or know what might be the problem?

1--Coming from the right front area. If the road is the least bit bumpy, the kind of high pitched sqeaking starts. It's been getting louder lately. Hardly noticeable on smooth surfaces.

2--Not so much a squeak, but when I turn the wheel enough, kind of a "rubbing" noise. I have to turn the wheel pretty far to get it to do it. Doesn't happen in normal turning.

And advise would be welcome. Thank you in advance.

??

Are my issues talked about in that site? I admit I didn't look real hard, but I didn't see anything relevant. Can you point me to them? Thank you.

You will need to do a search, or register and post you question there. I really have no idea except maybe a bearing. But there are a lot of people over there who could help you with your situation.

Yes, that's what I meant. I'm a lousy speller.

I'll try and post something there. I wasn't sure if you were trying to direct me to something specific or what. Thanks for the lead.

I have had a squeak coming from my left front wheel for a while. I just found that the rotor was rubbing the dust shield due to the bearings in the hub were shot. I jacked upi the truck and could shake the wheel like crazy. Lucky my wheel didn't fall off. The part was about $300. Whole hub assembly.
