I bumped my front F250 bumper into a metal post and creased it. Any comments on how to pull it out or if anything can be done?

Secure a chain around the crease and the other end to a pole or a tree. LIGHTLY pull backwards and have someone tell you when it is straight again. Won't be strong, but it will be less noticeable.

Yep, dump the bumper and replace with the Ranch Hand Heavy duty one, that way next time you knock the pole over rather than get a crease - maybe.
