A dealer near me has two new F-250 Harleys in solid black. They both have the 6.0 diesel.
I've never owned a diesel truck and have a couple of questions:

1) What are the hp and torque ratings on this engine and what kind of gains can I get from a chip/programmer and air kit? If I'm reading the Diablo Predator info correctly they are claiming 100hp gains!!!
2) Are there any service/dependability issues with these engines?

I'm not a big fan of the Harley trucks- too much Harley ID on the F-150s for my taste, but these F-250s in the black are gorgeous.

I have an '03 King Ranch and I think the trade would be fairly painless. The trucks are stickered at $42,000 and change.

Yeah, they are gorgeous!! I came from a 00 V-10 SD, to an 04 CC, SB,Lariat. FX4, Power everything, 6.0 PS, Torqshift.
The 6.0 has 325 HP, and 560 torq.

I am wicked, wicked happy with my 6.0.
