Interior Door Edge Trim Removal

I am installing some electronics in my 2002 F-250 and I have to run wires from the back seat area to under the dash. I would like to run them under the plastic strip that is on the floor under the door. Does anyone know how these strips are fastened to the truck and how easy is it to remove and replace them?

If they're like the F-150, they are 'clipped' on... to remove, you simply pull them upwards....

Like I said though... that's on the F-150. I know that Ford uses the 'clip' system extensively though...

Yup, just pry them up carefully and they'll pop right out. They're held in with very simple clips. I just replaced the factory carpet with rubber mats in three late model Lariats and literally every trim piece simply snaps into place.
