Interior

Hey guys I have been looking for a crew cab diesel for a while now. Used. The problem is I have been looking for leather. They are hard to come by around here.

I have found an XLT and could add leather to it for about $1000. The question I have is that if there is any way to add a power seat. For some reason people have ordered these $35000 trucks and did not spend the extra 200 for the power seats.

The other question I have is based on leather seats. My intention was to be able to clean them easier. I have about a 60 lb lab and thought it would be a lot easier than having to cavume the cloth. However I have had some one mention that she may scratch the leather pr tear it. Has any one had any experience?

If I was going to carry my dog in my truck, I'd go with either cloth or most likely vinyl. I would get too upset if my dog ripped, tore, stained or anything else my leather seats.

PS
I also use seat covers on my leather. Since the back folds up, it isn't covered. My leather IS perfect. I have an 00.

Either way you go - go with a seat cover. I have one on my back seat any time I load up the dog (Chocolate Lab about the size of yours) and head out. Wouldn't take her anywhere without it.
